Board of Commissioners

The Rapides Parish Communications District (District) Board of Commissioners will conduct its Bi-Monthly Board Meetings in accordance with its By-Laws.  These meetings will be held February, April, June, August, October & December at 10:00 a.m. These meetings shall be conducted in an open meeting and held at the Rapides Parish Communications Center located at 4216 Ellis St, Louisiana in the Conference Room. Should these scheduled dates be changed or special meetings called, the public will be notified as required by LSA-R. S. 42:19.

The meetings’ agendas will be structured as follows, and the order shall not be departed from except by a majority vote of the members present: Call to Order, Roll Call, Public Comment/Introduction of Guests, Approval of Minutes, Acceptance of District general activities report, Legal Update, Old Business, New Business, Approval of Financial Cash Statement, Approval of all bill paid, & Adjournment.
